Got to meet one of my biggest photographic inspirations last week: @ClydeButcher down in Big Cypress. Seeing his success and images pushes me to keep working hard with large format film. #photography #believeinfilm

@AlexMilenko_II @BadlandsNPS Thanks mate. Gotta keep on improving every day!

Haven’t posted a picture here in a while... Here is a view from @BadlandsNPS on a backcountry hike back in June #filmphotography #landscapephotography

@JeremyCalow @chamonixcamera That’s good to know. Im usually pretty strict about keeping it dry, so I’ll remember that

[John Emery @JohnEmeryPhotos]

A few weeks back I spent 4 days along Minnesota’s North Shore photographing the beautiful sights…. Try not to drop your film holder in the water, tho #believeinfilm #landscapephotography

[John Emery @JohnEmeryPhotos]

@JeremyCalow @chamonixcamera Yeah, it wasn’t much of a slip. Just enough to ruin a couple sheets of film. Not a big deal!

[John Emery @JohnEmeryPhotos]

@JeremyCalow @chamonixcamera I was barefoot on some slippery rocks and went to toss my dark cloth and slipped and fell in

I went back to #isleroyale National park last summer and lugged around my 8x10. Al that camera gear and those trails make for some tough hiking! Totally worth it to spend a few peaceful days on the Isle #filmphotography #landscapephotography

[John Emery @JohnEmeryPhotos]

@ClydeButcher 3 for me. That’s a gorgeous scene

[John Emery @JohnEmeryPhotos]

@WalkleyMatt @leicauk @LeicaSociety That is a fantastic photograph and a spectacular location. You've gotta love those rough, rugged seas
