🚨 The Brandon Johnson Administration is in legal trouble for failure to comply with Illinois’ FOIA.
According to the firm representing @nbcchicago, approximately ten lawsuits have been filed by different clients who were looking to obtain information regarding the use of funds on the illegals.
@ChicagosMayor has continued to ignore these requests. How long before he comes forward to address the public?

Imagine if the White Sox invested in a new district rising from the asphalt of their expansive parking lots. They could turn parking spaces into places of cultural vibrancy, community joy, and walkability, enhancing the assets of existing transit and neighboring Bridgeport.
Simple idea to raise city revenue: instead of focusing on new taxes, start thinking about ways to attract business, incentivize investment, create jobs, stop the exodus of residents, bring in more tourism and conventions. Might need to drop the capitalism sucks mentality though.
NEW: Chicago student outcomes nosedive despite funding for public schools doubling since 2012.
In 2010, Stacy Davis Gates and Jackson Potter's caucus took over the Chicago Teachers Union.
This has been the trajectory at Chicago Public Schools ever since. ⬇️
Visited Galena for the first time, and boy what a city. It feels like all the time between 1826 and now converging to a single point. It also does not feel distinctly feel Midwestern, almost like the near south with Midwestern characteristics.
Most Americans are still unaware that the census counts ALL people, including illegal immigrants, for deciding how many House seats each state gets!
This results in Dem states getting roughly 20 more House seats, which is another strong incentive for them not to deport illegals.
@ChicagosMayor Third slide:
A ban on allowing teacher performance to influence decision-making concerning layoffs.
Note the framing of accountability in schools as "right-wing."
