@AmericanAir really effed us over today. Had a flight to Aspen at 9am from atx, delayed several hours due to mechanical issues with the plane coming from Oklahoma. Flight was cancelled. And then ten minutes later the flight con Oklahoma arrives in Austin…

@Allegiant what a scam of an airline. Make me pay for my carryon, that’s fine. But then don’t enforce it on the plane, allow people to put their backpacks in the overhead & force us to put our paid bags 15 rows back? None of this make sense. And the crew is rude and not helpful.
