@Garrick_Rattler@TheMoon_Child Would you trade Peavy for Mathurin? Ik it’s not a 1 for 1 but it was the price to make the signing. If you’re not gonna trade Herb, sign Watford & Mathurin, still have Bryce. I don’t see where Peavy plays w/o a huge step in the 3 point shot.
@Kristin_Fiction I’m not saying either were right but I think there’s cooler ways to handle it. He seems like the type of person who puts together a strict itinerary to go on vacation. To each their own. I wouldn’t have been pissy about it. I would’ve waited to see if she apologized in person.
@DaltonGNOLA@ProPelsTalk That’s fine. I liked him in the draft, you didn’t . They’re all really young. We don’t know exactly what they are or who fits with who yet. If he’s the same player next year, I’ll agree. If he improves in the areas you mentioned the conversation could change. Worth a shot imo.
@jarrettreed_@ProPelsTalk Very true. Seems like his M.O. Entitled to his opinion but I can’t remember the last time I saw a Scottie quote that was positive.
@cheddachaz I like Micah too, but it’s like you say.. you can sign a defender off the street. He has a chance to be better if the shot falls, but too many ifs on the roster rn (including Herb). You know what Cam Johnson is and get a first. I’d do it
@DylanMckneely It’s possible the teammate of the year award and all the publicity that came from his role last year mentoring DQ ratcheted up the appeal. Maybe Denver wanted him back? Who knows.
@just_adavis I want the rebuild so I don’t think I’d force any type of move at this point. It’s more appealing to me if Poole and Hawkins fall off the books. Best case scenario Dejounte recoups value or opts out. Reset everything around Fears.
