@AbleTrackRd @conservmillen Abraham, Issac, and Jacob were Christians, because they were born from above and received Christ Righteousness just like anyone who is a Christian. What made them unique is that they were circumcised Jewish distinct people. Not philistines or canaanites.

Council of Trent denies this which is still upheld by the Romanist. I’ll throw the Greek Orthodox in this camp too

@Sheeplady70 @RCamposDuffy I agree they need to be born from above and believe in Christ, but I find it significant that Paul mentions this. He doesn’t mention this about other groups of people.
