@RicksterCDN Decent. It doesn't rise as much. Give that GF lour a shot. A recipe is on the side I believe. That is regular flour they strip the gluten from somehow. It's the closest I have found. Used my buddies pizza oven, so it doesn't heat the same way as my model.

@kondorYEG @davepl1968 @aaronsibarium Pre Med is not a degree you can get. You can get all kinds of degrees and get admitted to medical school. An undergrad degree just shows you can learn and understand. If a freshman in college wants to be a dr, but can't even complete a relevant undergrad.
