@gettysays @British_Airways 3 weeks now and counting…

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways my suitcase is at Charles de Gaulle airport, at the Chronopost dispatch there. Can you please confirm and get it on the next fight to Austin TX? I’ll need to buy new work and formalwear otherwise.

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways it’s been almost a month and I still don’t have my suitcase. My trip is long over. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND SEND MY SUITCASE HOME. please

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways please reply to my DM.. You failed to deliver my bag to me for 2 weeks. My bag is about to be dropped in a post office somewhere in France, but IM NOT IN FRANCE. I've now been without valuable prescription meds for 2 weeks.. 2 years of savings down the drain....

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways can you please confirm if my bag is on the way, and if I can expect to have it for my little remaining time in France?

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways still waiting.. day 7 without my luggage. about to change locations again. Can I expect my bag today before I leave for Aix?

[John Kellam Witherington @JohnKellamWith1]

@British_Airways, you lost my suitcase 3 days ago, and told me at the airport in Paris that you found it in London, and that I would have it by 11am YESTERDAY. Your tracking app says “we are still looking for your bag”. Somewhere, I was lied to. Fix this now. CDGBA24483
