@JimByersTravel Or.. spend the $ and get exit or premium row 20-30$ each way is worth it. This is the equivalent of scolding someone for bringing on too much carry on. The airline allowed them to bring it on board. Same applies with seats. Seats are designed to recline so pax ..you know..recline

@GE_Canada Love calling sales and speaking with CSR on the phone. Only problem..I couldn't get to speak. WORST CSR call ever! Call 1-800-361-1100 & ask for " Erica " you'll see what I mean. Thank God they record these calls. SO much for efficient and timely delivery! #brutal
