Anyone using Cursor to help write classic Siemens STEP7 (SIMATIC Manager, S7-300) LAD?
I’m in electrical engineering and started from zero on Cursor. I generate detailed network descriptions in Markdown with Cursor, then manually enter them in SIMATIC Manager. It feels amazing asking a Grok bot to use Cursor to help modify my PLC program.
Most people seem to be on TIA Portal + MCP tools. Anyone else still on classic STEP7 with an AI workflow?
