@ClintVSmith@AskingQsNZ I dont think that's right Clint. The numbers are by registration date so the late registrations boost 2024 by 57 and 2025 by 9 which takes the edge of the increase - to below 5. It's still up on those lows of 2022 and 2023 though.
@Economissive Cambridge Terrace is really tricky. The car lane backs up so a car turning from a side street has to use the bus lane to get back into traffic. Cars turning left have to enter the bus lane to get down a side street. The bus lane is open to all traffic at different times and days
@RebeccaJEmm The same could be said of much of this city. Why don't you just leave it open? It's not at imminent risk of failure. It survived all the earthquakes we have had. Why is your priority to an unlikely worst case scenario?
@RebeccaJEmm The Wellington City to Sea bridge was opened in 1993 - 41 years ago. It has never blocked an emergency in that time. My rates bill is up 21% and yet you to take away things we value as a city.
@RebeccaJEmm 7.3 people per 100k die in NZ on NZ roads every year. We all take risks when we choose to drive around. Why not let people decide for themselves of they want to cross the bridge. You are ruining this city.
@just_avocados any idea why my avocado would be flowering in May in Wellington? The useless thing has never fruited, but I keep it for shade and in the hope global warming makes it prolific one day.
