@AtlanticBBInc I waited 45 minutes in the Chat Queue for a Tivo question, but once connected, "Wayne" decided to reset my service instead of answering my question, which of course disconnected the Chat, so now I'm back waiting both on both the phone and chat with a 45 wait time.
