The Fabian Society is named after Quintus Fabius Maximus.

He became famous for using gradualism—a strategy of patience, delay, and attrition to defeat enemies rather than engaging in direct, open battles.

The Fabians adopted this concept, choosing to spread socialist ideals gradually through existing democratic institutions rather than by means of a sudden, violent revolution.

The symbol is a wolf in sheep’s clothing holding a hammer over a globe. This image symbolises an elite group using stealth to quietly subvert Western democracy from within.

The Fabian Society helped found the Labour Party and the London School of Economics.

Their philosophy is to play the long game.

This gradualist approach consists of:

Winning elections and passing legislation rather than overthrowing the government

Expanding the role of the state incrementally through policy in areas such as healthcare, education, welfare, and regulation

Influencing academia, think tanks, and the civil service to shape long-term public policy

Shaping public opinion through the media, education, persuasion, propaganda, and advocacy instead of revolutionary force.

Reforming existing institutions from within instead of replacing them outright.

On the surface, it looks like democracy at work. But the objective is to reshape society gradually, one reform at a time. The changes are subtle individually, yet profound collectively. The transformation only becomes obvious in hindsight.

We cannot allow Labour to retain power. The direction of our country will be shaped by the choices we make today.
