@RogersHelps
Finally was able to connect via Live Chat...the CSR, David, was very helpful.
Really though, need more people!

@RogersHelps
Still waiting on Live Chat...going on hour #2

[John Mac @JohnMacSCS2846]

@rogers 2/2 other than a "sorry for the wait". I tried calling...to wait on hold a total of 4 hours over 3 calls. I am hold again, with a recording saying the wait time is 1 hour 20 mins. How can a business operate this way? Seriously, HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!

[John Mac @JohnMacSCS2846]

Anyone else frustrated with trying to speak with live person @rogers?
I am moving, but do not have a new address yet, so I need to speak to a live person to know what to do about my internet.
I have tried the Live Chat, waited forever with no response (1/2)

Had to share a photo of this place in Halifax. This narrow little building is across from the convention centre, where we are at the CVMA convention. Building next to it is pretty cool too!

Our finale luncheon is Billy Yates! Amazing song writer, great story teller, and a pretty good musician. 😊

Thank you to Caesar’s Enterment for being our entertainment sponsor, and to Smoky Mountain Meetings for being our luncheon sponsor!
