John Mackovic

I played and coached football for over fifty years and still love the game. Now I coach people in their investments.

49'ers signed K Phil Dawson. Great move for both sides.

In my mind, Jim Brown was the greatest football player ever. He may not have used his head to butt opponents, but football has changed.

Finally got through...lady asked me what I wanted and then we got cut off....back on hold. sigh!

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Waiting for someone to answer my call about a wrong bill for blood work. Why can't they get it straight?

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Who wouldn't want to play quarterback for Andy Reid? He has totally reformed Vince Young as shown tonight

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Sidearm passers throw more high balls than other QB's. Sidearmers also do not throw the soft ball as easily if at all.

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Good thinking from Andy Reid. Come out throwing with Vince Young when Giants are expecting more run at them

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Check in for my observations tomorrow night during Alabama-LSU game. You don't have to wait until half-time.

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Great thing about Arrowhead. AFC West teams hate to play there...kickers never get an easy day with the winds...just saw a crazy with chaw

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Arrowhead is one of the great stadiums...Lamar wanted a college atmosphere and worked to make it happen

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Watching Chiefs tonight....Lamar Hunt is rolling over in grave to see players not wearing the uniform correctly. get those stockings right

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

T. Tuberville got all that praise last week....what about now?

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Tommy Tuberville deserves lots of credit for this victory...

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

41-31...6:45 TO PLAY...This is a Heisman scenario for Landry Jones if he can lead his team all the way back

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

If Sooners lose tonight, they cannot be considered for the BCS title game later.A loss could open the door for Okie State

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Who's calling plays for OU on the goal line? 14/23 TD's in goal to go situations for Sooners...championship level is 20/23. you decide!

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

watching Oklahoma-Texas Tech...why are Sooners not playing with more energy? this has happened before. Jones hurting Heisman chances.

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Good analysis by Jaws about Sanchez buying time and letting receivers get open..Gruden also on target with Fish non-pass rush in game

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Dolphins have fake punt and run to their left side...no contain or anybody to force the punter

[John Mackovic @JohnMackovic]

Do not agree with Gruden. Refs allow much more contact close to the goal line. Marshall never presented himself to the QB for a throw
