@united perhaps you didnt read the post? It was available at an exorbitantly expensive rate. $18 is ridiculous considering (1) it was $12 a month ago and (2) the lower rates other airlines charge. Squeezing every inch from the plane and every dime from the customer. Sounds reasonable.
just spent $18 on @UnitedAirlines Airlines wifi just to tag them in this post to let them know they are a trash company. Perhaps the joke is on me since they'll get their money, but $18 for some wifi? Flight was also 45m late and they cancelled Laura's this am. #GarbageAir
@united perhaps you didnt read the post? Wife was operable... at an oppressive cost. I should have flown @SpiritAirlines -- at least they don't try to hide the fact that they have terrible service.
@SouthwestAir Additionally, I’m currently sitting on my “rebooked” @SouthwestAir flight, which is delayed, and will likely not make the connection we didn’t book.
Leave it to @SouthwestAir to cancel a flight a few hours before it takes off.... in perfectly good weather. Will not fly with them again. Team @Delta .
@SouthwestAir Is the standard for @SouthwestAir to arbitrarily cancel flights so long as you rebook your passengers on flights the following day? Seems like a great customer service model. Team @Delta 2019
Had one of the worst experiences with a @Chase “private client” banker yesterday at the downtown Austin branch. It’s a bit baffling to go to your bank with a problem they created only to have a @Chase employee try to intimidate you. I’ll never bank with them again
@TexasGasService I suppose you can get away with making your customers wait for 9 hours for a scheduled appointment when you have no competitor in the Austin area. When my bill payment is 9 hours late, I’m charged a fee.
Listen to our newest episode with funny people @gabydunn & @AllisonRaskin from @CapCityComedy!
We all went to Sears for these pics.
