BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.

Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.

He is finally becoming a character that isn't so damn annoying. And I know Eva fans gone say it's because he's being nice to Kat or whatever...nah everything I'm about to say I been tweeting since he came on the show.

I was excited at first, especially after his first interaction with Naomi and Jacob. I was excited about his ties to Joey. Tweeted that several times. He had potential to be a really good character. Everything just fell flat, his Joey ties, his wedding shenanigans. It started feeling like he was only brought on the show to be Eva's man and hold her up to the sky like Simba. Felt like all of their convos were them whining about their families, him tryna give her self esteem and then sex. To be clear I'm fine with them doing that but it felt like that was all they did.

Now he's in a good pace with Jacob and his mother and it feels like he's heading towards being in a better place with Elon. They are showing him be a counselor and him talking Vernon. He's starting to interact with more people and showing growth and healing. If Eva doesn't start healing and growing and finally deal with her daddy issues her self, he is gonna out grow her
