Also it’s always a good idea to talk about holding all students to high expectations (bc you DO believe in their ability to learn) while providing support.

Just wrote my first personal statement for a teaching position.

It's well written (if I do say so myself) but I cannot help feel I haven't covered EVERYTHING in the specification.

It's also approximately 900 words/1.75 pages long??

After five months as a new principal, my resolutions for our school in the New Year:

1. Get into classrooms. Every day.
2. Build more shared leadership structures: specifically a Guiding Coalition.
3. Get our teacher teams on-board for identifying priority skills.
