@KFC_UKI We’ve just been to KFC in Telford as I finished work late and couldn’t be bothered to cook. There was food missing from my order. There was only one person sat eating and approx 8-10 staff stood around doing nothing. No drinks available to order.

When I checked my order at home items were missing. I called to complain and Steph “the manager” answered and inferred I was lying. When I tried to point this out she kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen. She then hung up on me twice. #attitude #incompetence
