Still firing. This is ridiculous. Need to withdraw.
Israeli broadcaster Channel 12 is reporting that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz have ordered the Israeli army to cease fire in southern Lebanon, without withdrawing from the occupied areas.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Iran dealt two quick blows to the interim agreement with the United States on Saturday, angered by Israel’s continued attacks in Lebanon, saying it had closed the Strait of Hormuz again and announcing that while its negotiators are going to Switzerland for talks, not much is likely to happen there.
The statement on state television warned that “if the aggression continues, subsequent steps have been planned.”

The history of Country Roads is a little fake.
Doesn't matter to me. I will always love WV and this song!
Interesting to hear the true backstory though.

The iconic old Air Force One aircraft (the Boeing VC-25As, tail numbers 28000 and 29000) are officially stepping back from active primary presidential duty following the introduction of the interim VC-25B "Bridge" aircraft.
The Air Force plans to ultimately place both legendary aircraft in permanent museum exhibits. The National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, is the expected final home for one of the planes.
The family of President George H.W. Bush (who was the first president to fly in the VC-25A in 1990) has requested that one of the aircraft be permanently loaned for display at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library at Texas A&M.
What a bitch! Can't truss no one. Stealing from the elderly should be a capital offense.
DELAND, Fla. – A Walmart convenience store cashier in DeLand was arrested after investigators said she hid a receipt connected to a winning Florida Lottery ticket belonging to an elderly customer.
According to investigators, the victim visited the store Sunday morning to claim winnings totaling $2,700 from a Florida Lottery ticket. Deputies said Hall, who was working as a cashier, provided the customer with instructions on how to claim the money.
Hours later, the man realized he never received the required receipt needed to redeem the prize and returned to the store to report the issue to management.

✨Gemini AI: Yes, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will absolutely take this up because Joe Biden's legal team is guaranteed an automatic right to appeal the district court’s final order.
The appellate panel will consist of a randomly selected three-judge panel chosen from the active and senior judges serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
The random 3-judge panel assigned to the court's "motions unassigned" track for the month will rule on whether to extend Friedrich's 21-day pause into a longer freeze.
Will the Court of Appeals take this up Bob?
U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich's reasoning seems sound to me.
"And, as with the Department's FOIA balancing discussed above, the harm to Biden's diminished privacy interest is outweighed by the public's interest in the Zwonitzer materials and FOIA's 'policy of broad disclosure of Government documents in order to ensure an informed citizenry, vital to the functioning of a democratic society.'"

Washington — A federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked the Justice Department from giving a conservative think tank a redacted transcript and recordings of former President Joe Biden's decade-old conversations with his biographer, Mark Zwonitzer.
U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich granted Biden's request for an injunction to give a federal appeals court a chance to decide whether to take action on the case, effectively delaying her own order from earlier in the day.

The tapes likely will be a key piece of evidence as to Biden's mental state even before the Hur interview. This question will need to be answered when courts eventually assess the validity of Biden's pardons. This is pertinent to any indictment of Dr. Fauci as he received a late Biden pardon.

Biden's pardon of Fauci is unconstitutionally vague, covers 10 years of potential crimes, and was signed by autopen without Biden's direct authorization. You can't pardon someone for crimes never specified. This should be challenged in court.
