Congrats to @goldenthreadg on being shortlisted for @artfund Museum of the Year. Fitting that the announcement is made during the current exhibitions showcasing two amazing artists Stuart Calvin & John Rainey a demonstration of the galleries on going commitment to NI practice. 👏
Yesterday, our members @RCSI_Irl unveiled a new commission that we worked on for the Faculty and School of Nursing and Midwifery.
After a limited call process, @JohnRainey_1 was selected to create two pieces representing Florence Nightingale and Elizabeth O'Farrell.
Nothing fishy about old beautiful buildings catching fire late at night. Everybody knows old beautiful buildings often catch fire (late at night).

Thank you to @JohnRainey_1 for creating the stunning award sculpture ‘Assemblage’ commissioned by daa for the 30th year!
