@currys @currysupervisor absolutely shocking service yet again from Curry’s… promised call back after call back from customer service to be told I just have to wait until my turn…. Complaint that started 9/12/25 is still nowhere near being dealt with.

And store refused to deal with me despite never even looking at the item..When did customer service get so bad…. Nobody wants to step up and deal with the customer anymore…. Unbelievable… I’m literally lost for words

No call back from regional manager despite a number of chase up calls… no calls from customer service managers who despite escalation over many calls still can’t be bothered to call… still with a tv that is faulty when taken out of the box

@currys @MartinSLewis #tradingstandards absolutely disgusted in the apparent customer service received tonight at your Northwich store. Returned a faulty tv that was purchased on 4/10/25 for a home move and opened tonight to find out that the screen is damaged.

And now to top it all off…. Someone has just called imitating that the where from curry’s customer service & wanted to download an app for refund…. Quite sad when the scammers at least show more customer service than the actual company you are complaining about!!!!!

This but wasn’t going to because we never opened the box and inspected the item as soon as we got it home…. Never heard anything so corrupt in all my life…. Terrible customer service and help line number was not interested at all… when will customer service kick in!!!!
