Limited space = loss of nuance! This isn’t about removing anyone's ability to get a free GP appointment. It’s about adding the ability to pay £15 to get a video call GP appointment within 15 minutes.

If a reasonable percentage of people opt for the speed, quality and convenience of the £15 option, it'll hugely help improve the currently abysmal appointment waiting times by relieving pressure and see fewer people using A&E because they can’t get to see a GP.

Been inspired yet again this morning by the art of the possible for our young people at @WarringtonYZ business breakfast.
The political turpitude delivered by the chancellor at the budget proves the money is not the problem. We could truly give all kids these opportunities and a better life if they had any political courage.
Instead our taxes are once again thrown to the winds to buy votes and backbencher’s silence rather than build futures, resilience and independence.
Kids don’t vote so politicians don’t care about them.

Just been reading the Sunday papers and now need some fresh air to get rid of the frustration!

Tax rises and debate around where they need to rise fill the pages and yet I’ve not found one article that investigates how we actually do better with less. It’s what businesses and households have to do everyday - because they’re spending their own money.

Why do politicians of all sides have so little respect for how hard people have to work to pay the taxes they fritter away?

We need to change the conversation.

Maybe it’s a step in the right direction but the devil is in the deployment. Local and national government’s record of investing well in young people is horrific.
Listening to @lisanandy on @LBC talk about funding buses, theatre trips and climbing walls doesn’t fill me with hope.
It won’t make a dent in the £1bn of cuts to youth clubs and youth workers since 2011.
Match funding invested by experienced people could turbo charge real investment for real change.
But will this Government be brave enough to try?
