@APC_Trades@chicfryrice Those that don't remember any but change their minds all the time aren't intelligent enough to figure out where the wrong information came from in the first place.
@NikoMcCarty My favorite is instead of telling someone something directly, asking questions that will allow them to figure things out on their own, often leads to a different perspective/idea than what I originally intended, often better too. This works with LLMs too apparently.
@emollick Why is AI the only intelligence on this planet needing alignment? There's only so much you can do to align even humans, and we suck at that already. And history teaches that every attempt for doing so leads to millions of deaths...
@skdh How funny it would be if for some reason each instance of consciousness requires its own dimension, effectively everyone is alone in their own dimension talking to NPCs, convinced those are conscious too...
@sysadafterdark Well, I left the field because of this: https://t.co/IRprQfMkze
I was grown and molded by computers, I'm excited to give them hands and feet today...
I believe codex supports running it in a WSL container. Not the best solution though. But containerization and forcing agent traffic through a specific proxy you control may not be a bad idea. I hope you meant "non-local admins" btw, no reason for domain admins to be logging in on EUDs.
