What makes this particularly interesting is that the scene where Dwight cuts the face off the CPR dummy and wears it was inspired by a real incident from Lynch's teaching experience. She had once encountered a student who jokingly suggested doing something similar to a dummy during a training session, which the writers incorporated into the episode for comedic effect.
