@xfinity continuously and unexpectedly raised my monthly bill. I finally cancelled and switched to @starlink after canceling my account and returning my equipment @xfinity continued incorrectly billing despite multiple trips to a store. @Xfinity has now sent me to collections over $200 that isn’t owed and which is negatively affecting my perfect 850 FICO score I’ve maintained for a long time. Fair warning, @xfinity is notoriously and intentionally difficult to deal with, has complex, confusing rate plans with variable escalations that aren’t expected and an extremely difficult cancellation process. You do have many better options, I suggest exploring them and never sign up with @comcast or @Xfinity. Please share your experience!
@DoorDash_Help Kendall, please check DM and transparently tell the public what you find: 1) how many months have you had my email and cell phone with no attempt at resolution?; 2) why not?; 3) how many others are there like me?
@DoorDash after numerous attempts and canceled credit cards, I’m still getting $9.99 charges every month. I’ve reached out to DoorDash Help and their hostile lack of human support makes it nearly impossible. Now 36 months of getting billed with zero service. Nightmare! Don’t use DoorDash, you’ll regret it if you ever get in this situation. I’ve never even used DoorDash!!!
I’ve been trying to get this resolved literally for years and it would only take five real customer service minutes. You’ve got my email and phone number and credit card number and copies of statements. Public out there, don’t let these criminals treat you like this. Time to stop taking it!!!
“-Kendall” if you aren’t just a mindless bot paid to prevent customer cancellations so you can take their money, why haven’t you looked at my DMs? You have everything you need to resolve this and refund my $360 from three years of unauthorized, un-cancelable charges and many months of my wasted time giving you everything you ask for multiple times to get no resolution.
TSLA shares will rocket when people figure out that they would prefer not to sell cars but rather buy them themself for Robotaxi income. What other automakers sell performing assets? TSLA “deliveries” might be millions a year without selling them…
