7pm turned into 10pm turned into lets not put an ETA out there at all anymore. UNACCEPTABLE. If you cant fix an outage in 12 hours you dont have a redundant network and shouldn't be selling a service.

@amazon customer service has gone downhill over the last few years. 1 hour on chat with 6 different agents and problem still didn't get solved...also transferred multiple times without notice....If you can't meet your same day delivery promises don't advertise them. #amazon
