@virginmedia No there wasn't which was the frustrating part otherwise I wouldn't have minded. I just received a text and email that an engineer was picking up the router today with no warning, time frame or option to reschedule
Even after leaving @virginmedia I'm still having issues
You can't text me at 9:15am on a week day saying 'we're sending someone to come pick up our router!' and expect me to be in! Funnily enough, I'm at work!
You have to give people more notice, this is frankly unreasonable!
@Microsoft how come every time on Windows 10 when I select "Update and Shutdown" does windows decide to "Update and Restart" instead???
If I wanted to restart my PC, then I'd select "Update and Restart" stop taking choices at from users hands!

@virginmedia I would have had my account closed sooner if YOU hadn't of put me on a contract that I DIDN'T WANT when I moved! Frankly, this whole business is disgusting. How you can justify some of your prices and your practices, I just don't know
So Virgin Media put me on a 18 month contract when I moved when I told them NOT to. I'm trying to leave, had to wait for them to process a contract break application and now they want to charge me over £130 to leave for months I won't be with them
@virginmedia this is just disgusting. Being told on the phone "You'll get some of it back in credit". Why!?! Why are you making me pay for June and July of service when I have said I want my account closing!
@virginmedia Already been through this process. I appreciate your someone only doing their job but I'm tired of of the issues and pricing.
Once another provider is able to provide what I need, I'll be changing provider. I simply can't afford the amount of time and money Virgin requires
Once again I find myself wondering how @virginmedia can warrant charging twice as much as everyone else for slower speeds and yet more technical issues.
I've had to cancel 3 Twitch streams because my upload speed keeps tanking down to sub 1Mb uploads
@virginmedia I have and it seems there are issues in the area. I understand that issues occur sometimes but I've had lots of issues over the years. This also doesn't address the fact that you charge far more than other locations in the country for lesser speeds!
Over the last few years, I have had to contact them for issues dozens of times, each time losing 20-60 minutes with answer machines that DONT HELP. @virginmedia Can you PLEASE JUST SUPPLY RELIABLE INTERNET at a REASONABLE cost!
This keeps getting better, you can't move songs in your queue properly because when you drag them the view won't scroll! Thanks @Spotify@spotifydesign, another aspect of your update that's broken!
Oh great, its buggy as well. If you have the lyrics and now playing open and you hit Queue at the top (which why is the title for now playing queue?), it closes the lyrics window as well!

Oh it only gets better! Why do song lyrics open in the main window but now playing and the queue go to the sidebar when the icons are grouped together!?!

The more I use it the worse it gets, I can't have the Now Playing and Queue windows open at the same time. I have to choose one or the other because that's such a great feature!

Hold the phone, @Spotify@spotifydesign, what moron decided the new UX design of putting the queue on the sidebar was a good idea?
For the love of EVERYTHING, change it back! This is awful design, its reduced usability!
You can't even see a songs album link from the queue any more or how long that track is. Its reduced functionality which any designer/dev worth their salt could have told you!
