@Delta if traveling during covid wasn't hard enough. Broken jetway delaying our flight for an unspecifed time. Annoying that they won't say a word about it. Radio silence. Communicating with customers should be a priority.

@Delta on a flight from ATL to RSW. As a diamond medallion member I'm used to sitting in the front of the plane. I gave my first class seat to my kid son and am sitting in his coach seat. The lack of leg room back here is deplorable. Totally unacceptable.

@Delta epic fail tonight on a Delta flight from MCO - LAX. Delta forgot to put the trash containers on the inbound plane. It couldn't leave Orlando until bins came in on a flight from Atlanta. 3 1/2 hours delayed because of trash cans. Crazy!
