@RandyLa35983906 I went thru some CMV/HepB/Mono confusion years ago. Apparently they are sister virus'. I test positive for all of them. They had to re-test every 2wks to figure out what I had.

Of course, I wasn't a donor recipient. If you are, it will be more complicated.

I contacted the park police. They got the town animal shelter. Together they got the dog out of the car and it got immediate treatment in the shelter van equipped with emergency medical stuff.

Dog survived. Owners got booku tickets.

I'd rather catch Lymes Disease then this Alpha Gal BS. No more eggs? No more meat? Depend on fake food and veggie protein? F that.

@thegarybrecka I've always felt the best when I ate a consistently "boring & repetitive" diet.

When you get your mind to accept food as fuel and not as fun/comfort/reward, you eat differently.

For me the difficulty has been falling backwards into the wrong mindset.

Food as fuel for the win.
