I continue to be struck by the lack of a serious debate, be it in foreign policy circles or in regional/global bodies, about what ought to be done given that Venezuela is a failing state with a threatened popilulation that is generating tens of thousands of refugees a month
So, there’s people dying in California and our President is playing politics. Maybe we should just come together and support some people in need. That’s what good Americans do. #CaliforniaWildfires
There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!
