PS: According to reports on the ICPC investigation, the commission allegedly traced six properties in Cairo/New Cairo to Nasir El-Rufai: three villas and several apartments. The reported purchases were said to have occurred between 2021 and 2023, while he was the governor of Kaduna State. He was detained due to allegations of corruption, abuse of office, money laundering, and separate cybercrime charges related to remarks made on television.
