Next $AMD resistance is in the $200s
Down days like this serve as a possible accumulation point for those institutions that missed the initial leg of this rally
Remember $AMD gives exposure to secular cloud capex by $META $MSFT $GOOG $ORCL $AMZN
its latest chips will enable hyper scalers to diversify from $NVDA at a reasonable cost with better efficiency
Yet the valuation at 7x revenue is favourable relative to $NVDA at 22x or other competitors at 19-20x
$AMD last hit its high of $227 in March 2024 before MI300 orders, before hyper scaler capex , before MI350 launch, before $META $MSFT & $ORCL orders
Massive repricing underway.

Medical Care Ratio increased by 430 bps to 89.4%…
It’s clear that the whole industry stumbled in pricing this year.
That’s also the silver lining.
Sales are OK, healthcare is going nowhere.
They have to correct their actuarials, and revise their medical inflation and activity rate expectations and price accordingly.
$UNH is still the most profitable and the strongest company in the industry and they’ll navigate this.
Buying healthcare will look like a great opportunity a few years down the way.
