@Rivian @RJScaringe I got my Rivian R1T June 2024 with a tonneau cover that was supposed to be installed at a later date. Over a year later It still hasn't been installed. My install has been rescheduled 4 times. This is ridiculous.

@RJScaringe @Rivian I love my R1T but I'm extremely disappointed in the service lag time. My AC is out and my appointment is for 3-24. Almost 2 months to get my AC fixed is crazy. You need to expand service not manufacturing. I just got my R1T in June and I'm starting to regret that decision.
