Hey @NI_News really confused by your black Friday upgrade pricing. I have Komplete 14 standard, and my upgrade price to 15 ultimate is the same as the new price (£539). What's that about?
Utter incompetence from @virginmedia. I can understand the mistake that led to my disconnection on Friday, but to be misled and continuously disappointed by customer services is beyond a joke. A first-world problem, but what would happen if they did this to someone vulnerable?
@virginmedia Are you asking me to go over this with you guys again? Unless you've disconnected more then one John Carter on Friday, who's then talked to customers services a few times?
OK, but the problem isn't really "is the random function good enough in Excel?", it's that they're using Excel for something potentially life-changing. https://t.co/gDpwfGw4tb https://t.co/epKRQwJEln
I really wanted to share this, not just because the content is interesting, but it really is a masterclass in presenting multi-layered and complex technology in a clear and accessible way to the engaged reader.

At Arrk we've been keeping an eye on this issue; It's always tempting to over-simplyfly a situation and resolution, but from here ICANN don't come across too well - at least they're doing something now. https://t.co/xjwVaYjLni https://t.co/I1UZ5zo5nq
I remember reading this last year, and through a bit of serendipity (random google autocomplete) I've read it again. This time round it really resonates as a way to structure an organisation. https://t.co/dKHnZVEN55 https://t.co/ujopH8Dm8R
#LegoGovernment I personally need more time to really absorb this, but nice to see some rational thought leadership. Of course we must be careful that the "Lego bricks" analogy doesn't lead us to believe the challenge is simple. https://t.co/PEwAOhRLqd https://t.co/O7Fz8S93Et
