@John_M_Huff Systemwide upgrades do get confirmed and are available for use. We're always happy to confirm an upgrade when they are available.

@AmericanAir just come clean and admit it. System wide upgrades are never eligible. It’s just something @AmericanAir hands out to loyal customers to make them feel good but there is never a way to use them. The truth will set you free

Unbelievably, @AskAmex still hasn’t resolved this issue. After six months, I’ve now filed a complaint with the @CFPB. So much for thinking credit card companies, at least @AskAmex, will voluntarily protect consumers from #fraud. Will keep you posted.

Unless convinced otherwise quickly, I’ll be cancelling my platinum @AskAmex card today. Scant #fraud prevention features. #international scam for $5300 taxi cab ride and I can’t get any documentation or explanation. Anyone have #international credit card recommendations?

Our saddest day since moving to #DC five years ago. Senseless violence and murder on the stair steps of our home. Donna was at the @wmata Potomac metro station at the time. Brutal day.

Today is a very sad day for our Metro family. Two employee heroes intervened to keep our customers safe, and tragically one will not be returning home to his family. I am in awe of his heroics. We are caring for our employees and his family during this time of grief. 1/2
