@collin_malatji @MandyWiener I would also like to add the flight cost was R15,150 one way and the planes were in the USA, paid for by the USA government to get US citizens back. Made no sense flying them back empty.

@collin_malatji @MandyWiener Thank you for your concern. My Mom was taken to hospital in an ambulance this morning at 4am & is still there. As you can imagine not ideal waiting on a runway for 6 hrs before! Had we known this whole process from the ticketing fiasco to the hotel delay, we wouldn’t have flown.
