Glad there was no red card but the inconsistent refereeing is frustrating. Jones/van Dijk/MacAllister all red carded making a genuine attempt to play the ball. Gross no attempt to play the ball, cynical foul prevented goal scoring opportunity. Not even a yellow #BRILIV

I don't know why they even bother to call the ref to the screen. Any ref will naturally trust his colleague who has the benefit of multiple replays. To go against VAR is to sell your colleague out. VAR is effectively more powerful than the ref for all the crucial decisions
