You log in to X today and you find a good number of people introducing themselves as senior medical practitioners with significant years of experience justifying stringent procedures they follow before declaring "change of HIV status" of whom I'll refer to as "their clients".

The political class messed up the system of education in this country by promoting a curriculum that eliminates competition.

Eliminating competition stiffens self improvement in certain areas and to a greater extent discourages excellence.
