Personally I would look to steps 5 & 6 at teams that are with our town radius at their stats.
If they have players showing a decent strike record I would look to approach. A step up to us at level 3.
It’s a risk, yes, but ambition and enthusiasm might just bear fruit.

We are conceding goals too frequently from set plays.
From my spectator point of view I feel we are vulnerable at the back post too often.
A deep cross to back post has and continues to be an achilles heel.

@PrescotCablesFC @BamberBridgeFC 1. 2nd Ball. Unfortunately we are not picking up enough second ball. Somehow we need to improve on this as we get into good positions only to lose to momentum at this point.

@PrescotCablesFC @BamberBridgeFC I have followed Cables now for over a decade so seen both highs and lows so my comments are not meant as criticism but only as observations.
I offer three of those for comment.

@PrescotCablesFC @BamberBridgeFC As we approach the Christmas fixtures I would like to offer my thoughts for 2025 so far.
Can I start with a word of support for Ste Daley and the coaching/backroom staff.
It is obvious that they have great management skills and engender a great team ethic.

@PrescotCablesFC Ken was a good friend both growing up and at school in Prescot. I’m glad we got to speak just before the recent Lancashire Hotpots gig in St.Helens. My ask for a dedication from the stage came from the heart. A true Prescotian.
