@reason The #1A allows for peaceable assembly, not harassing and badgering those with whom you’re protesting nor passersby. I’ve seen protesters, jumping on and beating on cars of innocent people, that’s unacceptable. That’s designed to protect the liberty and freedom of all of us.

Congresswoman and Democratic Gubernatorial hopeful Mikie Sherrill has been shirking her responsibilities in the House of Representatives. Since declaring her candidacy, she has missed 145 House votes, or about 55 percent of the votes. This negligence reflects poorly on her ability and eligibility to serve as Governor of NJ. NJ needs a Governor who will follow through with their promises and isn't in the pockets of the establishment. Vote Vic Kaplan this November! Be Bold and Vote Gold!

@RandPaul I agree tariffs alone won’t balance the budget nor address the deficit issue. It will address the trade imbalances between us & countries like China to the point that it will protect the dollar & hopefully grow the American economy to where the deficit will be easier to handle

Hello All,

The NJ Senate Committee passed a bill that would automatically enroll all people born on or after January 1, 1998, to be AUOMATICCALLY enrolled in the Covid Vaccine Registry, with limited opt out options. Those born before the above date would still be allowed to voluntarily join. This will permanently standardize Covid vaccine registration in the Garden State. This is another huge step in turning NJ into a surveillance State. We will attach the article as well as the bill's page.

I recently watched a show where a lawyer panicked because there was a libertarian on the jury.

Why?

Jury Nullification

Most Americans don’t realize this, but juries have more power than the government would like you to believe.

Jury nullification is the right of a jury to acquit a defendant even if they technically broke the law because the law itself is unjust or is being unjustly applied.

If you're called for jury duty, remember: you're not just judging the person - you’re judging the law.

We don’t advertise this during jury selection (and neither should you), but this is a critical tool for resisting tyranny and overcriminalization.

Nullify bad laws. Protect individual liberty.
