Thank you @ShropCouncil for resurfacing work on NCN81 around Shrawardine and Montford Bridge. First time on the bike along there since last year. A horrible, dangerous road has been transformed into a delightful country lane. Heathgates is safer now too. Keep it up, please.👏👏👍

@ShropCouncil @IronbridgeAAC I’ve had similar experiences. I contacted Sarah Dodds, Feedback and Insight Team Leader e-mail: [email protected]. It gets you into ‘complaints’ territory rather than ‘getting the problem fixed’ territory but it might prompt action/an informed response. Good luck!
