@FaveEngineerJen I used to do 1hr. 30mins of cardio or on the bike cycling & 30mins on the weights… Now I do 30-45min. 10mins of cardio or Stairs then hit the weights 3 or 4 sets with 30-45sec rest in between
When I first moved to Georgia I was like I wanna be atleast 30-45min outside of ATL bc it’s not too far or not too close & an easy out to get on the road trip. Now I’ve like staying 5-10mins near the airport so I can fly in & out quick.
Honestly…a lot of people would be much happier moving to the outskirts of Atlanta like Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Doraville, Chamblee, John Creek, Duluth, Smyrna, Mableton & Brookhaven instead of the city.
