Our 17U Knox team is having a VERY GOOD summer. Widely considered one of the better 17u teams in NE Ohio. These kids play hard, play smart and the coaches do a great job and almost all of these kids have been with the Stars for 3-7 years! Proud of them and their DEVELOPMENT!

‘29 MIF Jackson Herbert (OH) hits a hard RBI 1B to LF. Athletic mover who creates quality leverage and stays connected through the swing. Hits hard LD to all fields. #MineWS

Couple fun at bat's from this past weekends wood bat tourney.
First one 380' dbl off the CF fence.
Second a single that was misplayed and turned into a run-rule walkoff.

‘27 SS/3B Kyle Boozer (OH) leads off the inning w/ a hard 1B to LF. Compact build w/ a strong lower half. Stacks well on the backside, using a large leg kick and coil to create easy power. Shows impressive adjustability w/ a short bat path. #WWBAOV @KyleBoozer33 @Midweststars17u

[Perfect Game Ohio Valley @PG_OhioValley]

‘27 C Caden Boyd (OH) thrives on both sides of the ball. Incredibly quick behind the dish w/ a strong, accurate throwing arm, posting an in-game 1.97 pop time. That same twitchy athleticism shows up in the box, where he generates impressive bat speed. Well-rounded catching prospect w/ an exciting overall toolset. #WWBAOV @CadenBoyd182890 @Midweststars17u
