Now because clout chasing greedy liars are given a voice via a platform, foreigners are demonized because politicians have been failing miserably and things have gotten objectively worse.

@toubennbenn I'm from the US where there's non-stop coverage of politics on the news, however in Japan, politics is almost never covered. Why is that? Is it citizen disinterest so no reason to talk about it? Is it government control of the news?

@kurumiaris944 It's a grift. They care only for clout so they can line their pockets while many families struggle to pay the bills. Deep down they hate Japan because their words are divisive, they offer no practical solutions, and they blame a population that makes up about 3% of the total.

@taroinagaki025 Last I checked, Japan isn't exactly the champion of women's rights. How about a little less fear-mongering about Islam as well. Fearing the unknown or unfamiliar is normal but spreading lies and disinformation is especially egregious and ultimately disingenuous.
