The Islamic regime in Iran just sentenced 23-year-old medical student Sepehr Amirzadeh to death.

His “crime”?

Saving the lives of protesters who were shot by the regime’s own forces during the January protests.

He treated the wounded. He tried to stop people from bleeding out in the streets. For that act of basic humanity, the Islamic Revolutionary Court branded him an enemy of Allah and put him on death row.

And the international response?
A complete, disgusting silence.
