This is relatively easy to establish if the officer states that they believed the tint was darker than 30% because of their experience, training, etc. But they didn’t
@MarkJEngleson@OrinKerr He doesn’t need to know it’s above 30%, he just has to be able to articulate why he reasonably suspects that it is. If the officer said “based on my experience, I estimated the tint to be around 50%” they’re fine. The issue is they thought the limit was 0% which it’s not.
