Judge Cahill's claim that @RepMaxineWaters gave #DerekChauvin grounds for appeal can't be true unless he's convicted, which means Cahill is forecasting a guilty verdict. Ironically, that is a more significant public statement about the trial than Rep. Waters' remarks.
