SCOTUS rejected attempts to ban Trump from ballots. Citing that allowing states to make that judgment could result in an “inconsistent and dangerous patchwork of conflicting rulings…”

However, they are fine allowing states to make decisions relative to women and girls reproductive health.

They are fine with women in Red states not having the same medical choices as women in Blue states which absolutely results in an “inconsistent and dangerous patchwork of conflicting rulings…”
