@JohnnyMendezJr Hi @JohnnyMendezJr, You can call the Disability Customer Service center weekdays from 8am-5pm at 1-800-450-3287. We recommend avoiding calling early in the morning and on Mondays as those are typically when we have the highest call volumes.
