Serious query: can a Delhi police officer, please show me the legal provision under which they are picking up protesters from the jurisdiction of Parliament Street Police Station, and then releasing them near the outskirts of Delhi, outside that jurisdiction of Parliament Street. I would like to be educated by Delhi police officials on this aspect. What I do know is that every action and order of the Delhi police is governed by law and rules, on paper.

🚨BIG BREAKING : A Goa Voter Brutally EXPOSED ECI🔥 (MUST Read)

A voter in Goa has gone to the High Court with one complaint : Election Commission wants him to lie.

Paresh Salgaoncar, 41, has voted since 2003.
He says he shifted house within the same constituency eight years ago, filled Form 8 for change of address during the SIR, and got an SMS from the ECI saying it was received.
Then, on January 21, he got an automated message that it was rejected, and that he was told the only way out was Form 6, which is meant for first-time voters.

He refused, because that would be a false declaration.
Six members of his family are now off the final voter list.

The Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court says it is "perturbed" at how "the rules have been suspended", and wonders how many people who have not come to court are in the same boat.

At the station you are told it was cancelled by the system, and the only way to travel is to sign a form saying you are a first-time traveller.
